 CONSIGNOR DROP OFF DATES/TIMES: 

 

March 13  -  4-6pm,  March 14  - 9 am-12pm & March 15 - 9am -12pm

 

SALE DATES/TIMES:  March 15 - 5pm-8pm,  March 16 - 9am-2pm,  March 17 - 7am-12pm

 

 

 

Our Consignment Sales (Fall & Spring) are our major fundraisers for our preschool.  The proceeds help to keep tuition competitive, help to fund scholarships, playground equipment/maintenance, purchase basic arts and crafts supplies,  and other preschool improvements.  We love to have volunteers assist us in this worthy event!

 Consignors receive 60% of selling price and, 40% benefits Fountain of Life Preschool and Ministries.

 
Guidelines for Consigning Items:


  • We accept clean clothing, shoes (limit 5), and accessories—newborn through youth 14/16, current season only.


  • Maternity clothing, baby equipment and accessories (cleaned) Sorry, NO car seats or mattresses.
     

  • Children’s toys, sporting goods, books, videos, DVD’s, games, puzzles (all parts in zip top bags, please.)
     

  • All consigned clothing must be brought on hangers, priced and grouped according to size/gender.  


  • Pin two-piece items, pants, and skirts to the hanger.                              
     

  • Consignments must be tagged as shown below.  Code is the first initial of your last name, and last 4 digits of your phone number.  Include a brief description of item, size and price.  Tags from other sales may be accepted.  Safety pin tags (no straight pins, please) to fabric;


 


  • Tape tags to equipment . Tags should be a minimum  of 2 ½”x 2”.               
     

  • If you wish to DONATE any unsold items, please indicate with a “D” at the end of your code.                        
     

  • If you do NOT want items reduced to half price on Saturday,please highlight the price.                                                                                                                                                                              

  • Unsold items must be picked up on Saturday.  Our Consignment Staff will sort your items for you and be ready for pick up between 3:00-3:30 pm.                              


  • Items not picked up by 3:30 pm on Saturday will be donated to area charities.
     

  • Consignor checks will be mailed the following week. (Please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope at drop-off, or purchase one for $.50-unless you are a preschool parent, yours will be handed out).
